Job Description

Under the direction of the Neighborhood Administrator, the Property Manager will perform work of a difficult and responsible nature, with oversight of Management and Maintenance Operations at a housing development. In addition, the Property Manager is directly responsible for all aspects of the development to ensure that residents are provided with quality housing, a safe environment, and availability to community-based services.

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General Property Administration - Maintain a professional setting with regularly scheduled office hours in the property business office; promote availability either personally, or through other site personnel for emergencies.

Rent Collection/Legal Action - Ensure timely collection of rent payments and ensure processing of documents for timely legal action for rent delinquents and holdover cases, and the data entries of related computer rec...
