The GDC Middle East Housing Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of housing for the expatriate workforce across five residential compounds in the Middle East. This role ensures seamless housing operations, including tracking inbound and outbound personnel, assigning accommodations based on grade and family status, maintaining accurate records in SharePoint databases, and coordinating logistics such as moves and compound access. The Coordinator plays a critical role in fostering a smooth, stress-free living environment for employees and their families, supporting their well-being and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies.
- 2+ years of experience in property management, housing coordination, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and database management.
