As a valued member of the Housekeeping Department, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, with a primary focus on guest rooms. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
• Adhere to housekeeping departmental standards and ensure compliance.
• Support Room Attendants in efficiently preparing guest rooms.
• Maintain and organize inventory in housekeeping closets.
• Promptly respond to guest requests for additional items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Collect soiled linens, garbage, and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and closets.
