The Position
:We are seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to join our 750-person, brand-new camp. This is a unique step-up role that combines hands-on cleaning experience with team leadership responsibilities.
Week 1: Work alongside the Housekeeping Supervisor to complete cleaning runs and gain a full understanding of daily operations.
Week 2: Step into a leadership role while the Supervisor is on R&R, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading a team of 5–8 staff.
Maintain a hands-on approach in the field while managing your team effectively.
Support operational excellence and ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
The Person:
Previous or recent housekeeping experience is essential.
Proven ability to lead a small team while staying hands-on in daily operations.
