Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Supervisor role based in Karachi at one of our branches, sharae faisal or Clifton, Royal Inn Hotel.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented according to hotel standards. This role includes assigning tasks to housekeeping and laundry staff, monitoring performance, providing coaching and on-the-job training, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and safety.
The supervisor will coordinate closely with the front office and maintenance teams to respond promptly to guest requests, room readiness requirements, and maintenance issues. The position also involves managing housekeeping supplies and inventory, supporting scheduling and shift planning, and helping maintain a positive, respectful, and service-focused work environment.
