We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. As part of your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resetting of our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuring they always remain stocked and participating and supporting special cleaning projects as they arise. Your work will directly impact the guest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and at home.

The day-to-day:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Novotel brand standards

• Restock amenities and ensure room presentation is guest-ready
