**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Housekeeping & Maintenance Team Lead role reports to the Maintenance Manager. The role is responsible for supervising and managing housekeeping tasks to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction of facility. Daily audits of facility and coaching of housekeeping team. Creation of work orders for repair requirements observed by housekeeping team. Additionally, the position will maintain a critical eye to maintenance needs and deficiencies, and report those to management as needed.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Supports the maintenance manager to ensure satisfactory completion of housekeeping and/or maintenance tasks identified in scope of work.
+ Ensures housekeeping and general maintenance task lists including day-to-day requests are completed in timely manner.
