The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in supporting and performing task (e.g., environment of care, textile distribution and training) associated with the EMS goals and objectives. Responsibilities Duties Include: Changes work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs to accomplish the work of the unit effectively. Ensures staffing is sufficient on their units each holiday throughout the year. Collaborates with other supervisors in an effort to be efficient and use the resources available to them to the best possible outcome.
