RESPONSIBILITIES
**I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
β’ Performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain assigned areas of Queenβs North Hawaii Community Hospital (QNHCH).
β’ Performs duties in accordance with established QNHCH policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
**II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
β’ Essential: pushing and pulling up to 20 pounds of force, seeing, hearing, standing, walking, bending, stooping, forward and overhead reaching, grasping.
β’ Frequent: pushing and pulling 25 to 50 pounds of force; lifting floor to knuckle, knuckle to shoulder 40 pounds; shoulder to overhead 20 pounds, talking, squatting, twisting, handling, fingering, and static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.
β’ Occasional: pushing and pulling up to maximum 50 pounds of force, lifting floor to knuckle maximum 50 pounds of force, knuckle to shoulder 40 pounds, shoulder to overhead 20-25 pounds, sitting, running, climbing ladder and stair, side bendi...
