Advertised Location:Audley Binswood retirement village is situated in the heart of the Royal Leamington Spa conservation area. Originally built in 1847, and modelled on the design of the great Oxford colleges, the Victorian Gothic Binswood Hall is a Grade II listed building.
Audley retirement villages are set in unique locations where our village owners can retire in a peaceful and lavish setting. Audley villages comprise of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. The village also hosts external customers and this role is responsible for providing a first class, positive experience for both types of clients.
