The House Mentor will participate as a member of the Hampshire County Sheriff’s administrative team in the management of the Rocky Hill Re-Entry Collaborative housing facility. The appropriate candidate will provide direction and guidance on community living in a harm reduction-based environment. This is a civilian position in support of an effort to re-integrate parolees in a safe housing facility with wrap around community services.
