Compensation:
Less than 2,000 mi/week: $872.85 Weekly Guarantee + $16.50 Per Stop + $80.00 Per Layover
Over 2,000 mi/week: $872.85 Weekly Guarantee + $.46 Per Mile over 2000 + $16.50 Per Stop...
