Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor – Open Spaces to lead a team delivering essential services across pest plant control, vegetation management, and track maintenance.

Leading a team of approximately 16 people (including 8 Team Leaders and Trades Assistants), you’ll play a key role in ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on people, safety, and operational delivery. Your day will involve checking in with teams, ensuring resourcing is in place, coordinating daily work priorities, and supporting your people in the field.

You’ll also contribute to auditing, PPE management, and health & safety, including injury management and promoting a positive team culture.
