Position Summary:


This position is responsible for performing basic repairs and routine maintenance of the hotel tower including the front desk and lobby areas, convention and meeting spaces and the pool and spa.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the Hotel and associated areas with regard to basic repairs in Carpentry, Plumbing, (i.e. drain clearing) and Painting work
