Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven, able to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
