Responsibilities

• Check‑in/Check‑out
• Guest care and concierge service
• Cash handling, telephone, general reception duties
• Guest invoicing
• Processing restaurant invoices
• Reservations
• Marketing tasks, social media, sales conversations
• Close collaboration with housekeeping, kitchen and service teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3‑4 years' experience in 4‑5 star hotel management
• Good IT skills (Protel Air is a plus)
• Very good German and English speaking and writing skills; additional language is a plus
