Education: College, CEGEP or other nonβuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
On site β Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not an option.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Develop and implement business plans
- Establish work schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory
