Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a facility/building manager for its luxury apartment complex in Accra, Ghana.


Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry is a big plus.


The candidate should be a customer satisfaction oriented person and presentable.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the building and facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard at all times.

  • Communicating and dealing with the residents all the time.

  • Managing the staff working under him/her such as cleaners, securities, front desk, supervisor, technicians etc.

  • Supervising the technical and other works in the premises.

  • Monitor and control the day to day work undertaken by employed staff and contractors, and deal with any issues arising.

  • Arrange with vendors for repairs that cannot be done by regular maintenance staff
