The primary purpose of this position is: To manage and control all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management by utilizing the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS). Responsibilities Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Interprets and administers laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay. Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical and physiological requirements and flying and ground training requirements. Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide-range of administrative duties.
