Position: Hospitality Facilitator

Job Description - The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating hospitality training programmes for waiters, baristas, bartenders, kitchen staff, and banqueting teams.

Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years within the hospitality industry Previous experience in hospitality training and staff development advantageous Strong operational knowledge of banqueting and conferencing environments Experience working with waiters, baristas, bartenders, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams Knowledge of food service standards, customer service, hygiene, and hospitality operations Education A relevant Hospitality or Training qualification (NQF 5 or equivalent) Assessor/Facilitator qualification advantageous Food Safety and Hygiene certification advantageous Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license advantageous Roles and Res...
