Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting hospital laboratory specimen processing, accessioning, and customer service activities.
• The role involves managing specimen workflows, ensuring compliance with laboratory requirements, troubleshooting specimen-related issues, and coordinating communication between hospital staff and laboratory operations.

Requirements/Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Ability to work in a production and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a biohazard environment following safety procedures.
