Job Requirements:

• Degree OR Diploma in Social Work / Psychology / any other related

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform social and financial assessment of Inpatient referrals including financial counselling to patients and their families.
• Provide the necessary recommendations in the assessments.
• Assist with bed allocation and bed management, when necessary.
• Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations, to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
