You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Palliative Care specialty, ensuring comprehensive support for patients. • Full-time position
• Monday to Friday schedule
• No call requirements
• 36 hours per week: 8-hour days and 1, 4-hour day to start
• 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient, could adjust as program matures needing more outpatient support
