We are seeking experienced Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an urgent staffing need in the southern territory of Ohio (Stark county and Summit county area)
This contract role focuses on terminally ill patient care primarily within assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The role centers on daily visits, hospice admissions, symptom management, and close collaboration with families and interdisciplinary staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to hospice patients in their place of residence.
Assess patient condition, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care.
Collaborate as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of hospice philosophy and endβofβlife care principles.
Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and their families.
