The Hospice Nurse Manager manages practice of professional nursing and delivery of nurse care for patients where they call home, establishes clinical direction for nursing care delivery, provides clinical supervision and maintains quality outcomes, supervises all aspects of personnel management and development, maintains adherence to regulatory standards, coordinates department operations with other departments and develops and monitors budget.

**A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a weekend rotation occurring every 6th weekend with after hours on-call.**
