**Position Overview**

+ **Openings:** Home Hospice CAN-1/GNA
+ **Start Date:** ASAP
+ **Duration:** 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
+ **Setting:** Hospice / Home Health (field-based visits)
+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
+ **Caseload:** 24–30 visits per 40-hour week
+ **Coverage Area:** Anne Arundel, Howard, and Eastern Baltimore County

+ May be required to float within a **60-mile radius** of the primary location
+ Mileage reimbursed

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance)
+ Deliver comfort-focused care and report changes in patient condition
+ Assist with basic clinical tasks, including vital signs and EMR documentation
