Role Purpose We are seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled member of staff, with a background in working with children and families. The post holder will contribute to: • Increasing attendance • Reducing exclusions • Increasing attainment • Developing positive home-school relationships The post holder will work with individual children and families/carers. The service is aimed at delivering early interventions at a local (school-based) level thus alleviating the need for more formal referral procedures.
