Home Manager – Care Home 

  • Location : Laindon, Essex
  • Position: Home Manager – Residential Care Home 
  • Salary: up to  £49,000

    • More information on the care home and company:
    The home offer round-the-clock care and we are looking for an experienced Home Manager to come and join the friendly team. The home is registered for up to 55 residents providing residential and residential dementia care.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
