**RN / LPN – Full-Time Overnight (Enhanced Living)**

**Location:** Needham, MA (North Hill)
**Schedule:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Pay:** $45-$55 (based on experience)

**Position Summary**

Provide overnight nursing care to residents while supporting the care team and ensuring high standards of safety, communication, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Administer medications and maintain accurate records
+ Respond to resident needs and emergency calls (PERS)
+ Monitor residents and report changes in condition
+ Collaborate with and supervise Care Partners
+ Update care plans and follow physician orders
+ Complete incident reports and ensure compliance with safety protocols

**Qualifications**

+ Active MA RN or LPN license
+ CPR/AED certification
+ 2+ years of nursing experience (LTC/AL preferred)
+ Dementia care experience a plus
+ EMR and basic computer skills
