Locums NP Need Mobile/Travel NP West LA and Downtown LA

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a travel position, conducting primary care and follow up visits. You would be responsible for visiting patients in SNFs and patients homes in the West LA and Downtown LA areas.

Details:

• Location: Mobile/Travel across West LA and Downtown LA
• Schedule: M-F, 8AM 5PM
• Start Date: ASAP-12/31/2025, with strong potential to extend
• Patient Volume: 4-8 patients/day. Can be clarified further during interview
• Specialty: Primary Care & Geriatrics
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Active CA NP license, Board Certification, BLS, and DEA
• Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care and/or Geriatrics
• Home care/travel experience a huge plus
