Description:

Trinity Health at Home is seeking a highly qualified registered nurse to join our Delaware County team in a home health role.

This position works three 12 hour shifts/paid 40 hours.

This position will work weekends and either Friday or Monday and be responsible for 4 start of care visits each day.
