As a **Home Health Sales Executive** , you will:

+ Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
+ Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
+ Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
+ You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
+ The sales territory is in Pittsfield, MA.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
