Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health, has a need for a Full-time Account Executive for Chester & Delaware counties.

The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices.
