Manage day to day Logistics Operations

• Schedule and provide support and guidance during daily run planning sessions with the relevant parties.
• Coordinate and authorize the rescheduling of runs.
• Coordinate with the Fleet Controllers to repair and replace all operational equipment.
• Monitor operational execution status and implement contingency plans when required in your designated area.
• Provide input and support to the Project team with all new Logistics related projects as and when required to do so.
• Collaborate with the Regional Route Planner to initiate corrective measures for non‑adherence to route compliance.
• Oversee and ensure that all Team Controller: Logistics deliver and achieve SLA requirements, supervise and conduct regular meetings with the Team Controller: Logistics.
