Job Description

Strong background in banking or financial services, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering products that meet real customer needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:


Product Positioning & Value Proposition

  • Define and refine value propositions for banking products (retail, SME, corporate, and/or digital).

  • Translate product features, pricing, and policies into clear customer benefits.

  • Develop differentiated positioning aligned with customer segments and competitive landscape.

    • Go-To-Market (GTM) & Launch Management

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

  • Ensure timely delivery of launch assets and readiness across all channels.
