Job Description
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through active execution.
- Liaise with insurers to submit and manage policy applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the application process.
- Develop strong working knowledge of insurance products, services, and bank credit procedures.
- Manage end-to-end administrative tasks including coordinating medical examinations, preparing insurance forms and policy packages, and processing client reimbursements.
- Handle enquiries from both internal stakeholders and external clients professionally.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through internal and external training programmes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
