- Create 3D MEP models, Revit families, and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing …
- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
- Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Job Requirement
- Background: Bachelor's Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent
- Language: English - Business Level - Experience: 5 years of experience in MEP Modeling
+ Proven experience working with BIM software and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…)
+ Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro - Skills...
