We are currently looking to onboard Hmong Video Remote Interpreters to support our upcoming prescheduled call volume. This role offers consistent minutes through scheduled sessions.

Language Pair: Hmong ↔ English

Requirements
Professional experience as a Medical Interpreter.
Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services).
Availability to take prescheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume.
Strong command of both Hmong and English.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Consistent scheduled minutes.
