Description

  • Field Application Engineer (regular employee in ASML)
  • Application support for EB inspection and metrology for Japan
  • Main place to work : Yokkaichi in Japan
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer support teams to build up trustworthy relationship with customers through providing application support, new products/technology introduction/promotion for the installed base and new products introduction activities.
  • Provide and help customers set up/optimize the recipes for the gap defect detection, new function test and learn e-Beam application (lecture and hands on training) to meet customers’ needs and achieve higher level of customer satisfaction
  • Support e-beam Metrology and Inspection together with ASML Litho & application team in vision of the Holistic solution for the semiconductor manufacturing
