HLA Technologist – Day Shift

Seeking a full time HLT Technologist in the Great Boston area, this is a great location 30 minutes outside of Boston

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, DAY SHIFT Every third Saturday off (swap a weekday for Saturday)

Join a leading lab team performing high-complexity HLA testing and providing critical support to hospitals, transfusion services, and donor programs. This role is ideal for an experienced HLA, molecular, or blood bank professional who thrives in an independent, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced molecular and immunologic testing, including:
• DNA extraction, PCR, sequence-based typing, STR analysis
• Probe hybridization/detection
• Cytotoxic crossmatching
• Luminex and/or ELISA antibody screening
• Recognize testing irregularities, troubleshoot issues, and determine solutions.
