Our client in the public health sector/NGO is currently looking for a dynamic Senior Medical Doctor, specialized in HIV/TB/PMTCT programs, to join our team as the Deputy Programme Manager. The ideal candidate will support the District Programme Manager in crafting annual program activities and work plans, ensuring they are in line with the funder's strategy, and include clear deliverables, success indicators, and timeframes. Furthermore, the Deputy Programme Manager will be responsible for supervising the execution of work plan activities, adhering to the strategy, and overseeing the management of company programme teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum qualification as a medical doctor is required
• Diploma in HIV Management is an added advantage.
• Master’s degree or post-graduate qualifications in public health/equivalen t (added advantage)
