**GENERAL JOB DUTIES**

+ Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
+ Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees / customers
+ Interior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
+ Exterior Patrols, in company vehicle.
+ High level of observation skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
+ Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
+ Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
