Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment process, including identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining service quality. The Hiring Manager will also contribute to training efforts to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
