Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing roles across PAN India. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across volume and niche technologies, with a major focus on SAP, Cloud, and Data. Conduct daily candidate engagement (pre-offer & post-offer) to minimize dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding.
