Lead Conversion & CRM Specialist



Cyberbacker is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional to support lead conversion, CRM operations, and sales process optimization in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on managing leads from initial contact through conversion while ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and system efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate lead databases

Qualify inbound leads and assign appropriate sales stages

Process, tag, route, and automate leads for follow-ups and drip campaigns

Nurture leads via email and SMS until conversion readiness

Coordinate appointments and reassign leads to agents as needed

Monitor agent activity and track daily performance metrics

Build reports, dashboards, and trackers using Google Sheets
