+ Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and clamp trucks to move product from production lines to trailers
+ Load trailers based on customer requirements while ensuring damage-free shipment
+ Utilize RF scanning systems to track and identify materials
+ Read and follow loading summary manifests for accurate product distribution
+ Palletize products as needed and verify correct pallet types per customer requirements
+ Perform daily forklift inspections prior to use
+ Handle paperwork related to pallet checks and inventory control
+ Pull orders and support warehouse releases
+ Report load issues, high-risk products, or damaged materials to Team Leads or Warehouse Manager
+ Maintain quality standards when handling materials and ensure proper load stabilization
+ Assist with loading/unloading trailers and tagging out defective equipment
