Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, and maintaining key risk indicators
below the company annual plan or benchmarks for new and existing partners
Develop, support and release amendments In Policy at Partner level to help Business
Engage in analysis relating to delinquency on Consumer loans to support decision including
cross-selling
Work with Tech team to design, test and implement automation for real-time cross sell
campaigns across all retail products in line with business requirements.
Review cross-sell policy and process norms and propose changes in order to improve the
portfolio quality
Review the portfolio on a Cohort and Co-incidental level and suggest/propose policy actions at
product level
Prepare, review and monitor weekly/monthly MIS for Cross sell performance and present the
deck to senior management
