Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipuncture on patients of all ages and backgrounds, demonstrate strong technical proficiency with multiple needle gauges—particularly 21 gauge—and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is based in a fast-paced, high-volume Patient Service Center (PSC).
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform venipuncture and blood collection using 21, 22, 23, and 25 gauge needles.

+ Accurately collect, label, and process specimens in accordance with established protocols.

+ Provide a positive and professional patient experience through excellent customer service.

+ Maintain efficiency and attention to detail in a high-volume clinical environment.

+ Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
