Roles and Responsibilities Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development operations Ideating & training the team toenhance the brand awarenessand enhance sales engine Generating leads organically and inorganically. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Prime home loans and through crosssellingwhile continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. Maximize Sales through a Digital Channel (DMA)/ DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business Identify and maintain key builder/channel relationship
