Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Targets:-

  • Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Targets of the branch
  • New Customer Acquisition Targets of the branch
  • Product wise targets of the branch
  • Team Member Productivity Targets
  • Any other targets that will be issued from time to time

    • Team Management & Leadership:-

  • Recruitment as per approved budget & ensuring overall hi-quality & hi-performance team with minimal attrition.
  • Implement & Bank Values (incl. Bank's Standards) & hi-quality professional Work Culture among team.
  • Regularly Track and Monitor team activities & action plans; actively support & guide team in achieving their plans.
  • Implement a medium-term plan to steadily enhance the knowledge & skills of team members & groom / develop them for taking on higher responsibilities in future; Personally conduct / arrange Staff Training on various products, new initi...
